I had no choice. I had to take the child to school this morning, and tomorrow I still had to go to the hospital to look after my wife.
My wife was quite seriously ill this time—high fever and an infection. But it wasn't dengue fever or COVID. The doctor only said it was a severe cold combined with an infection.
I believe those of you who have been following my books and regularly checking my Weibo already know that after my parents returned from their trip to Inner Mongolia, we had a falling-out. My wife had originally handled everything at home, including taking the child to and from school. Now that she was sick, I had to take on those responsibilities, so I'm taking two or three days off as circumstances require. There may not be even a single update during those two or three days. I'm truly sorry.
Once my wife recovers, I should be able to resume updating. My apologies once again, everyone.
