"Something's wrong. The logic behind this energy transmission seems to conflict."
On the screen, Gu Yuena stood before the half-finished gates of the Star Dou Dragon Palace. The ground was covered in crimson Redstone Dust, along with several Repeaters and Sticky Pistons.
She had originally wanted to build the simplest possible piston hidden door, but because the Redstone signals had crossed, the piston not only failed to pull the door open—it clicked and pushed out a nearby quartz brick, jamming two other pistons in the process.
"Qiuer."
Gu Yuena turned her head toward Wang Qiuer, who was snacking nearby. "Didn't you say that this thing called a Redstone Torch can invert signals? But when I put it here, why did the signal start flashing in an endless feedback loop?"
Wang Qiuer leaned over to take a look at the tangled mess of Redstone wiring and immediately felt her head ache.
"My lady, I... I don't know either." Wang Qiuer scratched her head guiltily. "When I built those Iron Farms and mob towers before, Boss Lu taught me exactly where to place every block. I only know how to copy the design. As for the underlying principles, things like logic gates... I don't understand any of it."
A trace of disappointed frustration appeared on Gu Yuena's stunning face. "You know that it works, yet not why it works. Qiuer, you clearly possess so many resources, yet you refuse to understand the fundamental laws of this block world. That is truly beneath you."
Wang Qiuer pouted miserably. "As long as it makes money, isn't that enough? Studying that stuff makes your hair fall out."
Gu Yuena ignored her and instead turned her gaze toward Lu Yuan behind the counter, her eyes shining with thirst for knowledge.
Lu Yuan waved a hand, cutting
