Background

Lu Yuan is a transmigrator who established Origin Internet Cafe on the edge of the mixed zone of the Star Dou Great Forest, despite knowing the region to be dangerous even for high-level soul masters. The cafe’s system assigned him a novice mission to receive his first customer and granted him an absolute invincibility domain covering the cafe and ten meters beyond its entrance. Within that domain, his words become law. 1

His first major confrontation came when Red King—also called Scarlet King—attempted to destroy the cafe while searching for the Auspicious Beast. Lu Yuan simply ordered the beast to “Lie down,” pinning it helplessly to the ground through the domain’s authority before converting it into a paying customer. 2

After Tianmeng Ice Silkworm entered Huo Yuhao’s spiritual sea, Lu Yuan projected himself into that sea, identified himself as Huo Yuhao’s guardian, and imposed terms on Tianmeng: no possession, spiritual assistance for Huo Yuhao’s work at the cafe, and support for Huo Yuhao in games. 3 As the cafe gained customers, Lu Yuan began using its games as a means of training soul masters, exposing their weaknesses while improving their battle awareness and mental power. 5 15
