Chapter Summaries

After returning to Belobog’s Upper District, the Trailblazer’s group hid at Serval’s Workshop and learned she could lead them toward the Stellaron. They escaped discovery when Gepard visited, then set out for the Silvermane Restricted Zone.

• The Trailblazer, March 7th, Dan Heng, and Seele returned to the Upper District and learned Sampo had disappeared.
• The group followed Bronya’s suggestion and went to Serval’s Workshop, where Serval revealed she had studied the Stellaron and believed it lay north of Belobog.
• Serval warned that reaching the Stellaron required crossing the Silvermane Guards’ restricted zone.
• Gepard arrived unexpectedly, and Serval hid the wanted group while distracting him from the corner where they were concealed.
• After Gepard left, Serval led the group toward the Silvermane Restricted Zone to search for the Stellaron.

Serval led the Trailblazer and her companions into the Silvermane Restricted Zone to reach the Stellaron, but Dunn refused to hand over the Golden Key and fought them. After they defeated Dunn and took the key, an enemy attack alarm sounded, leaving the group to fight their way to the energy hub.

• Serval used her connection to Gepard to obtain temporary visitor passes and lead the group into the restricted zone.
• The group learned that the bridge controls had lost power and found that the energy hub required a Golden Key.
• Serval and the others confronted Captain Dunn, who recognized her lie and refused to let them pass.
• The group defeated Dunn and his guards, then took the Mechanism Golden Key.

Serval stayed behind to help Gepard defend the Restricted Zone while the Trailblazer’s group pushed toward the Stellaron. The scene then shifted to the Astral Express, where Himeko and Welt watched Jarilo-VI and discussed providing off-site assistance.

The players fought through the Fragmentum-filled Corridor of Fading Echoes, learning more about Cocolia’s plans and defeating her echo. They reached the path to the northern snowfields, where the Trailblazers prepared to face the fate of Bronya and both districts.

• Huo Yuhao and Wang Dong’er guided their group through the eerie Corridor of Fading Echoes and found a Snow Globe beside the road.
• The group overheard Cocolia’s afterimage urging Bronya to trust the Stellaron’s promise of a new world, while Ye Xishui, Mu En, and Long Xiaoyao condemned her reasoning.
• The players activated scattered energy hubs, then heard the Stellaron warn that Cocolia was an escalating threat to be eradicated.
• The group defeated Guardian Shadow and then destroyed the Echo of Cocolia in the plaza.
• The final staircase to the northern snowfields appeared, and the Trailblazers declared their resolve to help Bronya and save both districts.

The Trailblazer's group confronted Cocolia and the Engine of Creation, while Bronya rejected her mother's promise of a new world and chose to defend humanity. Himeko's orbital support helped the group reach Cocolia, but Cocolia struck the Trailblazer into the Fragmentum abyss, leaving Wang Qiu'er wondering whether they had lost.

• The players crossed the frozen plains and found Antimatter Legion monsters entombed in ice from the ancient cold wave.
• Seele and the Trailblazer's group interrupted Cocolia as she tried to persuade Bronya to join her vision for a new world.
• Bronya rejected Cocolia's plan and declared that the Guardians had to protect the world built by humanity.
• Cocolia summoned the enormous Engine of Creation, forcing the players into a battle until Himeko's orbital cannon interrupted its attack.
• Bronya and Seele helped the Trailblazer climb the Engine of Creation and confront Cocolia, who blasted the Trailblazer into the abyss.

The Trailblazer gained the Preservation Path after Qlipoth glanced at them, then joined the others in defeating Cocolia. After the battle, Bronya chose to conceal Cocolia’s crimes with a lie that she had sacrificed herself to save Belobog, and the Astral Express Crew returned to the Lower District.

• The Trailblazer received Qlipoth’s gaze and awakened the Preservation Path, then shattered Cocolia’s attack and battled her with the players’ teams.
• The players used shields, taunts, and attacks to overcome Cocolia’s Stellaron-powered second phase and defeat her.
• Cocolia vanished as Bronya grieved, and Lu Yuan explained that the story battle did not award farming loot.
• Seele urged Bronya not to reveal the truth about Cocolia, and Bronya decided to tell Belobog that her mother had sacrificed herself to protect the city.

After helping Bronya spread the story that Cocolia sacrificed herself to seal the Stellaron, the Trailblazer and their companions comforted residents across the Lower District with news that the lockdown would soon end. Welt later warned that Jarilo-VI’s damaged ecosystem and Fragmentum would take a long time to recover, so Dan Heng advised keeping that truth from Bronya for now.

• The Trailblazer and Dan Heng told Natasha and Oleg that Cocolia had sacrificed herself to seal the Stellaron, and Natasha asked them to reassure Lower District residents that the lockdown would soon end.
• At the Great Mine, Antonina described miners and Vagrants helping each other after earthquake cave-ins, and the miners welcomed the hope of escaping hunger and cold.

The Astral Express crew finished their farewells on Jarilo-VI, but their night at the hotel revealed that Sampo was a Masked Fool serving Aha, the Aeon of Joy. The next morning, they prepared to leave the planet and return to the Astral Express.

• March 7th took a commemorative photo with the Trailblazer, Pela, and Hook at the Everwinter Monument, then visited Serval and Clara at the workshop for another photo.
• The crew returned to the Goethe Hotel to sleep, despite the players’ fears of another nighttime attack.

Lu Yuan introduced Black Myth: Wukong, and the players experienced Sun Wukong’s doomed battle against Erlang Shen and the Heavenly Court. After Wukong fell and his Six Relics scattered, the story shifted to a young macaque destined to seek them and bring the Great Sage back.

• Shen Monkey led Wang Qiu'er and the others to his cave, where they unlocked gourd upgrades and wine brewing before entering White Mist Marsh.
• The players struggled against the Whiteclad Noble's fast spear attacks and full-health second phase until Di Tian defeated him after twenty-two attempts.
• The Whiteclad Noble revealed that he had served as an informant and told the players to seek the third bell; Huo Yuhao connected the clue to their earlier discoveries.
• The players rang the third bell and arrived at an intact, hidden Guanyin Monastery, where Elder Jinchi attacked them over the kasaya.
• Wang Qiu'er transformed into Guangzhi and helped defeat Elder Jinchi, whose obsession with the kasaya ended as he dissolved into golden light.

The players explored Black Wind Cave, found an immortal pill and new equipment, then faced King Black Wind and were overwhelmed by his punishing attacks. After they revived at the Keeper’s Shrine, Lu Yuan revealed that King Black Wind was only a minor boss, and Xu Sanshi paused the game to rush to the bathroom.

• The players entered Black Wind Cave, defeated its patrol demons, and found a meditation platform where Huo Yuhao collected a Taiyi Purple-Gold Pill.
• Huo Yuhao unlocked Instant Immobilization, and the group later activated the Keeper’s Shrine and crafted a Bronze Monkey Mask.
