Tsuru leaned back on the sofa, tapping her fingers lightly against her knee.
She had expected this long ago.
There had been far too many people present at the Paramount War.
Every one of the Seven Warlords had a big mouth. Sooner or later, the news would spread across the world.
There was no way the Five Elders wouldn't find out.
"So what did you tell them?"
Sengoku said, "I didn't hide anything. I told them about his strength and everything he's done."
"None of the Five Elders looked very happy after hearing it."
"What about him coming from another world?"
Sengoku fell silent for a moment. "I kept that vague."
"I only mentioned that he might not belong to this world. I didn't go into detail."
Tsuru nodded. "I hope Lord Naruto won't blame us when he finds out."
"Our hands were tied, too."
Sengoku nodded as well and said nothing more.
Garp hadn't spoken the entire time, sitting nearby and crunching loudly on Senbei.
Right now, he probably just wanted to finish the work at hand as soon as possible and return to Windmill Village.
There was someone there he had yet to face.
Just then, someone knocked on the office door.
A Marine pushed the door open and saluted. "Fleet Admiral Sengoku, a sailing ship has appeared above Marineford. It has a golden dragon figurehead."
"It should be Naruto Uzumaki's Ark Maxim!"
Sengoku and Tsuru exchanged a glance.
"We were just talking about him, and here he is," Tsuru said.
"I wonder what he's here for."
Sengoku stood and picked up his coat. "We'll find out
