Under these circumstances, a strange atmosphere hung over countless places in the Central Star Sea throughout the century.
This strange atmosphere lingered only around a handful of those at the top.

A representative from each sat in their respective seats, though through the hazy light surrounding them,
one could also tell that none of those attending this temporary meeting had come in their true bodies.
The speaker was a high-ranking apostle of Heaven-Crossing.
He was also an apostle of the Kingdom of Gods, serving under a true deity.
And that deity held the nineteenth seat within Heaven-Crossing.
Among a hundred deities, this was already a very high position.
