Chapter 1052: The Wronged Coulson
Beckett watched Chief George and Alvin chatting happily while ignoring the piles of bodies in the courtyard, and felt a little helpless...
He glanced at Dahlia, who stood in a corner staring blankly at Alvin, then cleared his throat and said to Alvin, "Shouldn't you find out who's trying to give Miss Dahlia a hard time?"
Alvin glanced at Dahlia, who was putting on a fragile act and had the young Hell's Kitchen cops completely smitten. He smiled and nodded at her, then turned and grabbed Alexei by the collar. "Spread the word to everyone. Tell them to keep their eyes peeled.
"So many armed men slipped in here, and you didn't know a thing?
"Track down every suspicious person who's shown up in Hell's Kitchen recently and question them. Hand over anyone who checks out to Frank, and run off the rest..."
Alexei nodded fiercely, then turned and exchanged a look with Bruto and the others before leaving the police station...
Alvin watched them go, then glanced at Coulson, who had been standing quietly to one side with a smile on his face. He grinned. "Long time no see. I hear things are going pretty well for you these days!"
As he spoke, Alvin pointed at the bodies outside and asked with a smile, "Are they Hydra?"
Coulson wasn't surprised at all that Alvin had figured out who those people were.
He was working with Harvey now, but he'd never stopped hunting down the remnants of Hydra. None of that was a secret.
Besides, the gear on those armed men looked just like the equipment S.H.I.E.L.D.'s field agents used to wear.
Alvin knew that gear all too well...
Coulson smiled at the furious-looking Beckett, then turned to Alvin and said, "That's right. They're Hydra!
