Alvin had no intention of turning Ivan down. Having a friend willing to go through fire and water with you was always something to be happy about.
He patted Ivan on the shoulder and nodded with a smile. "I still haven't seen a single cent from the Repair Shop I invested in, pal. You might be the worst business partner ever...
"Let's go check out your garage together tomorrow. If the stuff really is as good as you say, Raymond should be able to get the money out of the World Security Council..."
Ivan grinned and raised his Vodka, speaking in the tone of a philosopher. "You want me to turn everything I own into money, like Stark?
"I can't do that. Luckily, you don't seem to want it that badly either..."
Ivan glanced at Stark, who was glaring at him, and sneered. "What's the point of being a rich sissy? He's not even brave enough to get a tattoo..."
Stark saw the contempt in Alvin's eyes and raised his hands with an exasperated "Oh, oh, oh." "Come on, does having a tattoo prove you're a tough guy?
"Do you have one? So you're a sissy too?
"This is just some Russian whose brain's been pickled by alcohol..."
Alvin laughed and spread his hands. "I don't think a tattoo would make me a tough guy, but I do have one...
"So at least I'm not a sissy..."
Stark stared at Alvin in disbelief. "You got a tattoo without telling me?"
Stark's tone and reasoning made Alvin laugh in annoyance. What did he mean, without telling him? Did Alvin need his permission to try looking cool?
Alvin lifted his T-shirt and pointed to an exquisite tattoo below his left ribs. "I got it a long time ago..."
Stark knew Alvin well.
