If there were no way to counter the Enslaver, how could something like it be so commonplace?
In fact, every member of Hell's royal families carried a magic pendant. Its sole purpose was to emit a different sound wave and disrupt the Enslaver's power whenever it sensed high-frequency vibrations.
Considering that such a powerful weapon was not rare in Hell, why had it never caused a shift in power?
