New Year's Hopes (Taking Three Days Off): Quarantine the Virus, Not Love!
The New Year was finally here!
I hoped everyone who was away from home could make it back safely!
I hoped everyone could enjoy a family reunion and good health!
I clasped my hands in prayer for Wuhan, Hubei, and China!
Thank you to all the residents who stayed behind in Wuhan!
The lockdown was necessary, but that didn't mean we should forget the sacrifices the people of Wuhan had made!
Some of the extreme comments online made me furious!
The few people who hadn't realized how serious things were didn't represent all the people of Wuhan.
When I saw people from Wuhan who were perfectly healthy but had given up their train and plane tickets and decided to stay behind, we ought to give them a thumbs-up.
I blocked everyone in my social media circle who posted idiotic comments, and I decided to keep my distance from them from now on.
Because the coronavirus would be beaten sooner or later, but stupidity had no cure.
There was nothing wrong with protecting yourself, but spreading idiotic comments and describing all the people of Wuhan as zombies was just fucking stupid...
What that place needed now was encouragement and support!
Finally, I wanted to thank all the medical workers fighting on the front lines!
Most of us had lived through the SARS disaster more than ten years ago. We all knew what kind of agony the doctors and nurses had endured back then.
More than ten years had passed, and faced with a similar situation, they were still charging forward without hesitation!
But now that we were facing a problem in real life, I found that I didn't want to spend too many words describing the greatness of fictional
