You couldn't expect a kid who'd grown up in a war-torn country in Eastern Europe, then bounced between an orphanage and a Hydra Base, to have a very high level of moral awareness.
Hell's Kitchen wasn't exactly a paradise, either.
That was why Pietro felt comfortable here and got used to the place so quickly.
Although he'd hit a few bumps in the road when he first started school, he soon recovered.
Little by little, Pietro began to truly fit in...
He started wanting to do something to help a bunch of guys just like him, who felt like dying whenever they heard the word "test."
