Alvin entered the lounge and chatted briefly with the "Black Widows" who had been given a new lease on life.

But these women, so used to being controlled, had all tacitly assumed they were "changing employers."

He figured these women, fresh out of their "mental prisons," just needed a transition period.

After all, who would want to work for someone else after being controlled for so many years?

But Alvin hadn't considered that "habit" was a terrifying form of brainwashing.
