Adjustments—I'd Appreciate Everyone's Input!

Over the past couple of days, I've talked with two successful fellow writers.

Then I took a good look at my own book...

Crutch is a newcomer, and I still have trouble managing the content.

So far, everything I've written has been what I wanted to write.

But the actual response hasn't been as good as I imagined.

Which means I'm the one who's doing something wrong...

I want to spend a couple of days revising the outline, cutting out the unimportant parts, and picking up the pace a little.

Some of the plot threads about the "Immortals" will have to wait until my next book!

The main story is already there, but I've been too greedy, trying to cram everything in and write about everything.

That's not ideal. It might wear readers out.

When I started this first book, I had no pressure at all. No matter how it turned out, I'd have been happy just to have written it.

Unfortunately, the pandemic put enormous pressure on my life, and Crutch started getting a little too focused on quick success.

Then I realized that chasing quick success always backfires.

I put my heart into it, and I worked hard, but I just didn't have enough experience...

Everyone who's still reading at this point is one of my most loyal readers!

I don't want to let you down, and I especially don't want to tell the same stories or repeat the same plotlines.

I want my first book to have a beautiful, smooth ending, and to give my "dream" the conclusion it deserves!

I've already written in pretty much all the movie characters I love.

Adding more interactions is starting to feel a little unnecessary.

Actually, I wrote the ending on the very day I started
