She zoomed in on the villa's thermal image, pursed her sensual lips, and smiled. "This should be the place.
Its power consumption is even higher than the government building in Sokovia."
As she spoke, Natasha looked at Bucky behind the wheel and smiled. "This should be Hydra's data center. The software and equipment that can monitor everyone should be inside.
What should we do, soldier?"
Bucky glanced at Natasha, a cold smile tugging at his lips. "My usual approach is pretty simple and brutal. Are you sure you want to hear my opinion?"
Natasha looked down at the Combat Suit she was wearing, then shrugged indifferently. "Personally, I prefer simple and brutal!
After we block the signal and cut the power, we'll have fifteen minutes to get inside and shut down or destroy the machine before it reboots.
Do you think we can do it?
There are fifty guards in there. If they hold us off for fifteen minutes and activate the machine's lethal program, the electromagnetic pulse from people's own phones could leave half the population of Earth in a vegetative state."
Faced with the sudden pressure, Bucky shook his head without a trace of concern. "Good thing there are more than just the two of us, right?"
As he spoke, Bucky glanced at a car in the rearview mirror. He shook his head, amused. "That boy behind us has been following us for twenty minutes. If he's one of ours, you should've told me.

As soon as Bucky finished speaking, a bullet shot from a moving building beside the road and hit the front tire of the car.
Bucky swung the car
