Stark and Norman Osborn came out of a hearing and got into a car together.

Stark walked into the apartment and saw little Morgan crawling along the floor, butt in the air, imitating Captain, the fat dog.

He scooped up his daughter, only to get her chubby little face slobbered all over his.

Stark shrugged at Norman Osborn's smile. "Not every baby is as energetic as Morgan!"

He pointed toward the bar. "Go sit down. I'll get you a drink."

Norman Osborn watched Pepper appear in a filthy shirt, carrying a laundry basket.

Noticing a guest, Pepper gave a startled "Ah!" and hurried back into the room. From behind the door, she called to Stark, "Tony, bring Morgan in. I need to change her clothes.

"That's already her fifth outfit today. Why don't you send that one-eyed fat dog back to Alvin?

"Your daughter can already talk to it, but she still can't get the short phrase 'Mommy is the prettiest' right."

Stark shrugged at Norman Osborn, then readily agreed and carried little Morgan into the room.

Back at the bar, he poured two glasses of whiskey. With a puzzled look, Stark asked Osborn, "What was the point of today's hearing?

"They should know it's impossible to break up the New Energy Power Group. We're already working with those established power companies.

"I feel like someone was trying to tell me something!"

Norman Osborn shook his head with an amused smile. "Someone wanted to tell us, 'You're not irreplaceable.'

"It was just a warning. Someone wanted to remind us, 'Don't forget where you stand'!

"My butler, Greenwald, and Albus have been working the halls of Congress lately. They've heard people bring up the 'Antitrust Act' and
