Alvin carefully familiarized himself with the abilities of these so-called "Winged Demons."
They were basically Lava Demons with wings: tough, durable, and formidable in close combat. With the right weapons, a "Winged Demon" could take on most flying demons.
They were an air force, but not the kind of aggressive air force people were used to nowadays. No wonder Baal had looked down on them.
Alvin understood what was going on, though. Delia had chosen them as aerial escorts for the bombers.
When the bombers encountered airborne enemies, the Winged Demons could jump straight out of the planes and protect them.
Even if they couldn't win, they could still give the bombers a chance to escape or strike their targets.
It was like treating an illness with medicine: whatever problem a bomber had, the right demon could be used to cure it.
Alvin explained Delia's plan for Baal, then, whether Baal liked it or not, pressed his hand against the containers and infused them with soul energy.
In the end, he activated only a little over six hundred Winged Demon embryos. Still, Alvin told Baal that they were worth developing. If he wanted to deal with the Insect Race's air force in the future, relying solely on fighter jets with great burst power but poor endurance was unrealistic.
These things only needed a bit of strength to take to the battlefield and kill the enemy. Even a low-ranking demon was far superior to an insect's Flying Dragon.
Sometimes going against the tide could bring good results. Delia was clearly more far-sighted than Baal. And as king of the Moloch, he didn't even know what his own people had in their stores. It was truly embarrassing.
Baal probably figured it out later, too. Alvin was helping him hatch these air force
