The ending came to a sudden halt. I don't know what happened, either.

Maybe I couldn't bear to end it. I'd written tens of thousands of words about Ginny and the others' adventures in the Universe.

But I realized this approach just wasn't working. Given how I could stretch a few hundred words of outline into hundreds of thousands of words, there was no way I could bring it to a close like this.

I'd never planned to include the Universe in this book at all. It would've been fine as a free bonus to make everyone happy, but putting it in the main story really wasn't practical.

I never imagined ending the story would be so hard. As I kept writing, it started going off course, as if I subconsciously didn't want to end it.

Actually, all it needs is a transition. Just give me a moment to think...
