Protagonist's Ability Setup

At the request of reader Jia Xu, the Poisonous Strategist of the Three Kingdoms 2, I'll roughly explain the protagonist's abilities. After all, not everyone has played Diablo II.

1. Druid Strength: 20, Dexterity: 20, Vitality: 20, Energy: 20

Ordinary people have attributes of around 5, while a few exceptional individuals can reach around 10, like Frank Castle. Though the protagonist didn't know martial arts or hand-to-hand combat, he was ruthless enough that attributes of 20 across the board made him very formidable. Most characters in my story felt pain when hit and died when shot. I actually liked Tony Stark a lot, and Iron Man in the movies was also very likable. My conclusion was that Iron Man fit most people's view of science—his abilities could all be explained scientifically.

2. Druid Summoning Skills.

Summon Crow: Summoned little birds to fight monsters and scout.

Poison Creeper: Summoned vines that traveled underground; anyone they touched was poisoned.

Oak Sage: Summoned a kind of "spirit" that increased health and stamina after possessing someone.

Summon Spirit Wolf: Summoned wolf companions with mysterious abilities. (Five at a time.)

Summon Corpse-Eating Vine: Summoned a vine that traveled underground, devoured corpses, and restored health.

Heart of Wolverine: Summoned a kind of "spirit" that increased damage after possessing someone.

Summon Dire Wolf: Summoned wolves stronger than Spirit Wolves. (Two at a time.)

Summon Solar Creeper: Summoned a vine that traveled underground, devoured corpses, and restored energy.

Summon Spirit of Barbs: Summoned a kind of "spirit" that granted damage reflection after possessing someone.

Summon Grizzly: Summoned a grizzly bear stronger than a Dire Wolf.

As for exactly how powerful they were, the author had the final say. Haha.

3. Runewords were the direction for future upgrades. There were thirty-three runes, each with its own purpose. There were dozens of runeword combinations, and explanations would be given when they appeared in the story.

Lastly, the X-Men would not appear in this book. They were way too badass, not something I wanted to write at my age. X-23 was me indulging myself a little—I liked that character too much. And she absolutely would not disrupt the balance.

What I actually wanted to write was the protagonist using some clever setups to begin interacting with heroes everyone knew well.

There was actually a character who had already appeared in the story, and I was sure no one could guess who he really was. I'd hidden him pretty deeply, and I wanted to spring a surprise in a few days.

Actually, writing really was pretty fun! Haha!
