President Ellis soon had Norman Osborn brought back to New York. Compared to Washington, which had become a battlefield, New York seemed much safer to him now.

Ever since Killian had vanished in an explosion, Agent 47 had been tracking his whereabouts.

He'd accepted a massive check from Stark. If Stark's most dangerous target was still alive in the end, 47 considered it a stain on his professional record.

Ethan Hunt had it worse. Disguised as Stark, he'd walked right into a trap Killian had set.

On the Hell's Kitchen Community School playground, Norman Osborn slowly descended to the ground with President Ellis.

As they landed, Old Cage came over with several armed security guards.

Old Cage eyed Norman Osborn in his Bio-Armor and monster mask with open disdain, then looked at President Ellis and said, "What are you doing here?

"You're trouble—big trouble. Whether it's 'good' or 'bad,' your coming here will bring trouble to the school."

As he spoke, Old Cage glared at the Community School's main sponsor, the tycoon Norman Osborn, who had taken off his monster mask. "You can still leave while there's time. I don't know what's going on, but Frank and Steve have both gone out. It must be something serious.

"There are students here. If you bring trouble here, Alvin will go crazy."

Norman Osborn looked at Old Cage, who wasn't giving him an inch, and pulled a sour face. "My old friend, the Community School needs a legitimate status.

"Alvin can't remain 'illegal' forever!

"The school's entire education system is completely outside the 'norms' of the United States. This is a chance to make it 'normal' once and for all."
