As he spoke, Stark tapped his wristband. A multitude of tiny armor plates unfolded from the band on his right wrist, forming a sleek gauntlet. A white light glowed in his palm as he aimed it at Alita's head.

Dr. Eide was horrified. He stepped in front of Alita and shouted at Stark, "Don't do this, Mr. Stark! She's my daughter. Please, don't..."

Stark looked at Dr. Eide's tense, weathered face and said furiously, "She's not your daughter. She's a form of electronic life. An alien once used her to breach Stark Industries' defenses and seriously damage JARVIS, then activate the New Energy power station in Hell's Kitchen Dock District.

She nearly destroyed our world..."

Stark's words made Alvin stop in his tracks, but loyal little Ginny wasn't about to let him get away with it. The little girl ran up to Stark, kicked him in the shin, puffed out her baozi-like cheeks, and shouted angrily, "Don't bully Alita! She's strong and cute..."

Stark glanced down at the "angry little baozi" by his feet, then rolled his eyes at Alvin, silently urging him
