The Osborn Rescue

Peter grabbed a strand of silk and swung down from the rooftop. Skimming just above the ground, he scooped up Duke, who had been knocked down by flying chunks of stone, and hurled him toward the base of the enemy building, where they were out of the shooters' line of fire.

Duke slammed hard into the wall, but the tough guy gritted his teeth and didn't make a sound. He yanked an assault rifle off his back and charged into the enormous hole Murphy had blasted open.

Still in midair, Peter turned and used silk to stop several Emergency Squad soldiers who were charging after Duke. Then he twisted his body in midair to dodge several deadly bullets, shot out a strand of silk, and used its momentum to follow Duke straight into the hole.

Harry glanced at the little turtles beside him and said, "Are you ready? I can buy us a few seconds."

Raphael looked up at the enemy building, nearly forty meters away from the one they were on. He rolled his neck fiercely, adjusted his wrist guards, and said to Harry, "No problem. Let's go!"

Harry tapped at the computer on his wrist. His aircraft shot up from the bottom of the building and slammed into the fourth floor across the way in a suicide run, setting off an explosion.

The instant the blast went off, Harry and the four little turtles broke into a sprint. By the time they reached the rooftop's edge, the machine guns across the way had just stopped firing.
