When a sudden distress call came in, no one adrift at sea could simply turn a blind eye.
Alvin stuck his head out and glanced at Frank. Under Stark's guidance, Frank had already attached a Controller to the half-crippled Megalodon.
Pressing his Communicator, Alvin said, "Someone's calling for help out at sea. We need to get over there..."
Stark hovered in midair, using two iron chains to secure the Controller to the Megalodon's head. Then he tied the chains to the back of the Yacht.
A few minutes later, everything was ready. Stark turned to JARVIS and said, "Take the boat over there. I'll go check out what's happening first."
Watching Stark speed off, Alvin nodded, reassured. As long as they weren't fighting Aliens, Iron Man could handle just about any danger on Earth.
The kids still had no idea what was going on. They'd gathered on the aft deck, happily feeding the Killer Whale family.
Fox, Shirley, and Jessica were keeping an eye on them to stop the little troublemakers from doing anything stupid, while enjoying themselves too.
Frank climbed back aboard the Yacht. The thrill of getting so close to Monstrous Beasts had clearly appealed to the Tough Guy.
The rush that had stirred every cell in his body had been a welcome thrill for the veteran, who hadn't been on a battlefield in a long time.
Amused, Alvin watched Frank—soaked from head to toe—take the initiative for the first time and kiss Shirley, then ruffle Nick's hair, leaving him completely bewildered.
"Hey, Frank, how was it? We've got work to do soon, so get ready!"
Frank looked at Alvin's relaxed expression and shook his head with a smile. "I'll go get the weapons. You grab some life-saving and warm clothing.
