Dr. Yinsen carried a medical kit. The brave, heavyset Black security guard had been laid out on a makeshift operating table assembled from several crates.
After a shot of Adrenaline, the heavyset guard began to regain consciousness.
He watched as a balding, middle-aged man in a dowdy jacket looked over several lightly wounded Hydra agents as if he were choosing livestock. Dr. Yinsen took a Scalpel and deftly cut open the heavyset guard's clothes, revealing an unexpectedly strong chest. Only then did he realize this was a powerful man whose chubby face had done him a disservice.
Seeing the fear on the heavyset guard's face, Dr. Yinsen said impatiently, "I'm a part-time school doctor. You're a good security guard, and I'm saving your life..."
The heavyset guard watched anxiously as Dr. Yinsen, like a butcher, made a mark on his chest before unhesitatingly bringing the Scalpel to the spot where the bullet had struck his left shoulder.
A sharp but not-too-painful sting shot through him. The heavyset guard gasped for breath and cried out in a desperate, breathy voice, "Can you give me a shot
