Background

Ye Mingyi, the Ye family's youngest biological son, was abducted at age three. Hua Rui arranged the kidnapping to avenge her father, Hua Mingli, after the Hua family's company was acquired by the Ye family. The traffickers escaped police pursuit in a fatal vehicle crash, leaving the Ye family without a trace of Mingyi for eighteen years. 7 112
