Cracks in his chest frantically spewed dark-red demonic energy. The energy struck the vines, making emerald runes flash as pungent white smoke rose. The cramped space was suffocating and oppressive. Pieces of black crystalline armor peeled away one after another. As they struck the ground, they turned into foul black water. Chopper's wooden spikes were embedded deep within its core, continuously channeling the remaining demonic energy underground. The earth's purifying power wiped away the filth.
