Divine-sense transmission and speaking human words—many living beings had already mastered such abilities long before taking human form. Therefore, these could be used as markers.
Even so, accidental killings would still happen, but these were already fairly obvious indicators.
In truth, no matter what kind of marker was used, anyone determined to exploit loopholes could always find one. For instance, once a transformed living being was killed, it would revert to its original form. When that happened, who could prove that the slain being had once taken human form?
Even if Wu Chu set a standard, such as being able to transmit through divine sense, what could he do if the Witch Clan warriors killed their prey and claimed they had not heard its divine-sense transmission?
Though he knew this well, Wu Chu still set the boundary at whether a living being could transmit through divine sense. After all, once a being awakened its intelligence, in the spiritual-energy-rich Primordial World, divine-sense transmission was still quite easy to achieve.
Compared to that, speaking human words was much more difficult than divine-sense transmission.
As for whether some would be accidentally killed in the process, that was certain. Living beings that had only just gained intelligence simply could not transmit through divine sense.
But Wu Chu could not manage so much. He could hardly keep his divine sense focused on every move of these Witch Clan warriors at all times! That would be far too perverse.
Even if accidental killings still occurred, if the Witch Clan could accomplish this much, they would already be able to preserve the lives of most intelligent living beings.
All Wu Chu could do was help the Witch Clan rapidly develop livestock farming, using breeding and husbandry to replace primitive hunting.
As for making the Witch Clan completely
