Feimeng Land was a small world created by one of the Three Thousand Guests of Purple Cloud. The small world was named after Feimeng Daoist's Daoist title.
Feimeng Daoist's true form was actually a mongoose. Though not a honey badger, he had some of a honey badger's spirit—he had never feared a fight, and his cultivation was quite formidable.
It was also because of this temperament that he had refused to submit to the Demon Clan Heavenly Court. He had chosen to leave the Primordial World and create a small world beyond it, where he could propagate his clan.
But after spending too long in that small world beyond the realm, he began to believe in all the wonders of the Primordial Land again and would often sneak back for a visit.
As a result, Feimeng Land could be considered fairly closely connected to the Primordial Land.
Not long after the Human Clan appeared, Feimeng Daoist secretly relocated some humans to Feimeng Land to multiply. But do not think he was acting out of concern for the Human Clan or providing them with a place to live and reproduce. He merely felt that, compared to the many races of the Primordial World, humans had rather short reproductive and growth cycles, so he treated them as food for the Flying Mongoose Clan.
