A few brief words about the Corpse Liberation Arc.
In truth, this arc basically unfolded according to the outline.
The groundwork had already been laid back at Rebirth Academy.
In terms of completion, it should have been more than ninety percent complete.
But judging by the actual results, it was far from ideal.
The numbers made that obvious.
In fact, ever since the Dragon-Tiger Arc, I had been trying to make some new changes in every arc, to add a little freshness.
The Corpse Liberation Arc was no exception. I originally thought its air of mystery would improve the readership retention for the whole book.
But after putting it into practice, I had clearly overestimated my own abilities and misjudged Q Reading readers' preferences.
As a result, the numbers declined to a certain extent.
So for the upcoming arcs, I would probably return to the model of the Dragon-Tiger Arc.
But I still felt the Corpse Liberation Arc had been necessary.
After all, the main thread of this book was the protagonist's growth.
Without that thread, all the side plots would be loose and scattered.
And the Corpse Liberation Arc helped me return to the main thread.
This story still had a long way to go. Along the way, saying goodbye to some readers was unavoidable, but that only made the loveliness of those of you who continued following this book shine through even more!
This little author had no way to repay you, other than doing my utmost to create better stories and give everyone a better reading experience.
I would learn from the lessons of the Corpse Liberation Arc.
I hoped the next major arc would reignite everyone's passion.
