When they returned to the eighth floor of Building B, Wang Lin had already sent the design plans to Zhongli Sui.

Compared with the original design concept they had settled on, this version largely retained the postmodern style, but it had also incorporated plenty of warm tones into details such as the living room sofa and feature wall. The mustard-yellow sofa paired with the grayish-blue wall, along with all sorts of thoughtful little touches, blended the mature restraint demanded by the style with delicate, homey pockets of comfort. Wang Lin truly deserved her reputation as an award-winning top designer.

"It looks pretty comfortable," Gu Chen commented. "That sofa looks especially good for lying on."

"I remember you mentioning before that a home should shut out the noise from the outside world and be a place where people could completely relax," Zhongli Sui said with a smile. "Comfort should come first. I thought that made a lot of sense, so I specifically brought it up when discussing the renovation style
