Lan Cangshan gave a cold shout.

At once, explosions of energy erupted across the previously tranquil sky.

Chu Zhengxiong, who had long since grown impatient, unleashed a surge of battle qi and shot toward the three Battle Kings with a massive crimson saber in hand.

Close behind him, the Rippling Mountain Empire's remaining three Battle Kings condensed battle techniques in their hands and charged alongside Chu Zhengxiong.

One wore a black robe, with only half his face exposed. His black hair hung loose, wrinkles covered his face, and his eyes brimmed with intense killing intent.

Behind him, enormous wings formed from blood-red battle qi radiated terrifying pressure.

The other was powerfully built and bare-chested, with a rugged face and deep eyes that flashed with cold glints.

Behind him was likewise a pair of enormous wings made of earth-element battle qi.
