Clearly, no one in the bar appreciated Lappland's reckless greeting. The suited guards at the door and the bartender behind the counter both shot her warning looks, while the drinking patrons frowned impatiently and told Lappland to keep it down and not ruin their enjoyment of the music.

But Lappland did not care. Magnus had already told her that they had come to this lavishly decorated bar to stir up trouble.

"Hahaha!" Lappland laughed loudly. She strode forward, the clacking of her boots scattering the music. Continuing after being warned by everyone's stares was an unmistakable provocation.

The bartender at the counter wiped a crystal glass with a clean cloth and gave the guards a look. Those brawny men, ruthless enough to knock someone unconscious in an alley for an entire night with one punch, headed toward Lappland.

"Hey!" A guard reached for Lappland's shoulder, intending to stop her through sheer strength. But the instant his hand hovered above her shoulder, Lappland twisted around and clamped down on it.

"Ahhh..." The guard felt as though the bones in his hand were about to be crushed. He screamed and toppled in the direction Lappland pulled, hoping to ease the agony in his beastly bones.

Seeing their colleague get taken down, the other guards drew the batons from their waists and prepared to bring them down on Lappland.

As if dancing, Lappland gave a tug and pulled that guard in front of herself. His back took the blows from the other guards' batons.

Then Lappland viciously kicked the guard in the abdomen, sending him flying through the air and crashing into the other guards.
