Harken was crushed into fragments beneath hundreds of Graviton Guns. He had neither completed the task Abaddon had given him nor fulfilled his vow to take the position in eighty seconds.

It was rather laughable. Before beginning his conquest of a world, Harken Worldclaimer would cast his spear into the ground to proclaim that world's death. But now, his body had been crushed to pieces by Graviton Guns, mixed with earth and stone until it was impossible to distinguish. Only the Hell Spear, etched with daemonic runes, still glowed beside him. This time, the Hell Spear had once again delivered a proclamation of death—only its target was Harken, its former master.

The soldiers asked Commissar Cain how they should deal with the dangerous-looking spear. After a moment's thought, Cain directly hurled his broken longsword, driving it firmly into the spear.
