All the Orks roared. Their calculations were a complete mess; they had no precise grasp of much of the crucial data or timing. Every calculation and decision they made relied on utterly unscientific words like "maybe," "should," "probably," and "I reckon."
But thanks to their Power of Belief, those minor errors in the data corrected themselves, driving the massive biomechanical iron monster upward, toward Commorragh's upper districts.
Khan stood atop the foremost fortress segment, watching the busy Ork mekboys run back and forth, adjusting the Gork-Emperor's parameters and power supply. "So this is how Orks handle internal control? It's... very different from what I imagined..."
"You thought it would be more savage and crude?"

"This thing probably counts as high technology to Orks. The more high-tech something is, the closer their work gets to actual science. But the lower-tech it is, the more savage and rough it becomes."
Lin Fan watched as the Orks' cannons blasted through the ruins and floors above them layer by layer, while the antigravity engines below pushed the Lorn crowd upward.
Many Orks wielded enormous hammers and lifting clamps, clearing away the collapsing rubble and rocks so they would not pile up excessively atop the Gork-Emperor and burden the antigravity engines.
Three-Eyes stayed inside one of the segmented fortress sections alongside the Orks, clutching the oversized gun they had given him. He was exhilarated. Feeling the tremors of the beast beneath his feet, the thunder of artillery, and the roars of Orks around him, he felt as though he had returned to the
