The vast agricultural zone lay deep underground, flourishing on sunlight lamps, carbon dioxide, water, and Gold Kela. With fertilization schedules staggered, enormous quantities of food were harvested almost every day and distributed to every department.

Beyond the first-ring agricultural synthesis zone lay the second-ring processing plant district, where Oedmeir intended to establish military production lines. The third-ring factory district would house civilian production lines.
