After personally completing the full set of implantation surgeries, Perturabo let Hope and the Carcharodon Apothecaries practice on their own.
As for how many people they might kill due to their inexperience, that was beyond Perturabo's concern. The Apothecaries had killed plenty of people before anyway.
When he arrived in the hall, preparations for the meeting were already complete. A star map occupied the center of the table, with humans and Aeldari seated around it. The most conspicuous among them was Trazyn, the Necron.
Perturabo found a seat and sat down, then asked Lin Fan, "How many xenos allies do you have left?"

"This..." Trazyn's data core grew somewhat nervous. Fortunately, he had no flesh-and-blood face to betray his reaction to the Aeldari.
He knew where the craftworlds were, but he truly could not simply tell these people.
While contacting the Phaeron of the Executioner Dynasty, Trazyn used a little magical gadget from his pocket to fool the Aeldari.
"See this? A magical tracker. As long as you drip your blood into this hole, it can find every place you've ever been."
After hearing that, Yvraine pricked her fingertip and let a drop of blood fall inside.
Trazyn cooperatively made the tracker ring and paired it with some impressively intimidating light effects. He had already contacted the Executioner Dynasty.
A ding-ding-dong-dong melody struck
