Little Morgan looked pitifully at Qin Yi as he packed up his bag.
"Uncle, I'm on vacation already."
Qin Yi reached out and ruffled the little girl's head, his face full of affection.
"Morgan, this bag is a new magical space Uncle made for you. If you see anything you like in the future, just put it in your bag."
Little Morgan nodded. After rummaging through the bag for a while, she pointed at the large pile of cards scattered across the sofa.
"Uncle, what are these cards?"
"These are the magic cards Uncle prepared for you. I sealed different spells inside them. You only need to inject a little magic power when you use them.
"The white ones are Healing Spells. If you accidentally hurt yourself, remember to use them right away.
"The gold ones are protective shields. When you run into danger, it's fine to use several at once. As long as the shields haven't broken, Uncle will be able to get there."
Little Morgan's eyes sparkled as she curiously rummaged through the pile of cards flowing with multicolored light.
A moment later, her tiny arms were filled with black cards.
"Uncle, what's inside these black ones?"
Qin Yi slapped his forehead. How had he put those things in there too?
"Morgan, don't use those carelessly. They contain forbidden magic Uncle sealed away."
Hearing that, little Morgan hurriedly turned aside and stuffed the cards in her arms into her bag.
Qin Yi had no choice but to crouch down. Pinching the little girl's cheeks, he spoke solemnly.
"Morgan, a single one of those can blow our entire estate into nothing but ashes... If you don't want to be grounded, make sure you keep them safe.
"You can only use the black cards if you encounter bad people and we aren't by your side."
After thinking about it, Qin Yi added another sentence.
"I improved all of these cards. They all lock onto enemies automatically, so you don't have to worry about blowing yourself up."
The little girl happily wrapped her arms around Qin Yi's neck and planted a loud kiss on his cheek.
"What's got you so happy? Morgan, tell Grandma."
Startled by Aunt Maria's question, the little girl felt so guilty that she was suddenly at a loss.
She hurriedly packed all the magic cards from the sofa into her bag, then stood foolishly beside Qin Yi.
Qin Yi shrugged and explained.
"When I picked Morgan up from school earlier, I saw someone selling cards. She liked them, so I bought them all."
Aunt Maria looked at Qin Yi, who was shrugging as though it were no big deal, and sighed helplessly.
Then she stepped forward and took the little girl's hand.
"Morgan, Grandma will take you to play in the yard."
As the little girl walked toward the yard with her grandmother, she did not forget to turn back and signal Qin Yi with her eyes.
"Uncle, hide the bag."
Qin Yi idled in the living room, mindlessly flipping through channels with the remote.
A moment later.
Qin Yi remembered something. He hurriedly made a call and asked.
"A Wei, you still haven't finished it? It's been almost four years. Do you know how I've spent those four years? You can't even finish one lousy game after all this time?"
On the other end of the call, A Wei was speechless too.
He was originally a Mutant, one without much combat power.
It was only after the peace conference two years ago that he dared to secretly come out and look for work.
When he interviewed at the Illuminati base, Qin Yi, his current boss, noticed him. After learning that he had once been the chief engineer of a game company,
Boss Qin, the head of the Illuminati, invested money to register a game company.
At the company meeting, nobody had any ideas about making games. Then Boss Qin carried in a thick stack of documents and tossed it in front of everyone at the meeting.
He told everyone to follow the ideas in his head and create a game called Prototype.
At first, everyone merely wondered if Boss Qin had become bored after staying on the rich list for too long.
After all, Boss Qin was only twenty, yet he had already spent several years on the rich list because Stark Communications Group's stock price had soared continuously for eleven years.
It was not until they read the pile of documents on the conference table that they were utterly astonished. He truly deserved to be called a genius for graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at seventeen.
After that day, the company hired many people.
It had to be said that Boss Qin truly had a conscience among capitalists. He was ridiculously generous to his employees.
Everyone worked desperately, but the scope Boss Qin had laid out was simply too huge.
Four years. A full four years. Several hundred million had been invested in research and development, and they had only just reached the stage of barely wrapping things up.
"Boss, give me a few more weeks. No, just a few more days. This time, I'll definitely finish the task."
"A Wei, your boss has treated you well, right? Hurry up. I'm bored to death."
After hanging up, A Wei truly could not understand it. Was this what rich people pursued? He shook his head and went back to working overtime.

After tiring herself out playing in the yard with her grandmother, little Morgan lay quietly in Qin Yi's arms. The two of them stared blankly at the television together.
Qin Yi had no idea what he was thinking about until the little girl's surprised voice interrupted him.
"Uncle, big green fatso! A huge green fatso, and there's an ugly monster too!"
Qin Yi snapped back to his senses and looked where she was pointing. On the breaking news playing on the television,
the transformed Hulk and Abomination had begun their final battle in the streets of New York.
Qin Yi muttered to himself. Hadn't Dr. Banner been recruited as an engineer for his new company? Why had he gotten involved in another battle with Abomination?
Earlier, Qin Yi had purchased a building near Stark Tower. After renovating it, he opened a new company and mischievously named it Life Control Corporation.
At some point in the future, he planned to release improved versions of Howard's fully automated combat armor, as well as intelligent household butlers.
Qin Yi could not help but wonder whether the current situation was this universe correcting itself.
The little girl in his arms stared fixedly at the news.
The berserk Hulk and Abomination were throwing cars at each other like children fighting.
Qin Yi helplessly patted his forehead. Would he end up leading the little girl astray?
He should go check on Dr. Banner. No matter what, Banner was his employee. If this already chaotic universe accidentally got him killed, the loss would be pretty huge.
Rubbing little Morgan's head, Qin Yi said softly.
"Morgan, how about we go take a look?"
The little girl turned around, glanced at Qin Yi, and nodded excitedly.
Holding little Morgan, Qin Yi stepped into the spatial vortex that appeared before him and vanished from the living room.
The streets of New York
Cars hurled around by Hulk and Abomination exploded without end. Flames blazed everywhere, and smoke filled the streets.
Intermittent cries, screams, and pleas for help blended together beneath the ruins left by the explosions.
Qin Yi stood in midair with little Morgan in his arms. With a wave of his hand, a magical curtain concealed them both.
After looking at the streets below, the little girl looked at Qin Yi.
"Uncle, save them."
Qin Yi nodded.
As Qin Yi looked toward a certain patch of ruins, the injured people around it were suddenly wrapped in an inexplicable energy. After being moved to safety,
a white light gradually emerged within the energy and slowly healed their wounds. Once he ensured they would not lose their lives, Qin Yi stopped. In an instant, the energy flew elsewhere.
Only after every injured person on the entire street had been moved to safety
did Qin Yi ignore those reckless fools who were still desperately pushing forward with their phones, even though they were holding Ikong phones made by his company.
If they wanted to watch the excitement, they had to be prepared for the consequences.
What Qin Yi did not notice was that the process of the mysterious energy rescuing people had been captured by a camera somewhere on the street.
The injured Hulk received a girlfriend buff during the fierce battle. He used a massive iron chain to choke Abomination tightly, then roared at the sky as he prepared to finish Abomination off.
He was stopped by his girlfriend's shout.
The man and the monster stared at each other for a while.
Hulk lowered the chain. The United States police and military who had surrounded him aimed their guns at him.
He stepped on Abomination's chest as the monster lay on the ground, roared toward the sky several times, then kicked Abomination in front of General Ross.
After exchanging a look with his girlfriend Betty and wiping the tears from the corners of her eyes, he leaped away from the street beneath the lights shining down from the helicopters overhead.
Qin Yi said to the dazed little Morgan.
"Come on. Uncle will take you to catch the big green fatso."
Hulk, who had been leaping through the city, was extremely irritated. The helicopters in the sky kept chasing him. Suddenly, he saw a vortex appear ahead of him. After hesitating for a moment, he jumped inside.
Elsewhere
Qin Yi left the street with little Morgan in his arms and arrived in a desert somewhere on Earth with a ripple of spatial energy.
With a wave of his hand, he deployed the Mirror Dimension. Then he lowered his head and said to the little girl in his arms.
"Morgan, try to see if you can catch this big guy later. Use the magic you learned before. You can use those cards too."
Little Morgan was afraid, but also a little excited.
"Uncle, I'm scared."
"Don't worry, Uncle is here. He can't break the shield around you. Just treat it as practice for casting magic during battle."
After jumping into the vortex, Hulk tumbled through the spatial passage for a long time. When he rolled into the Mirror Dimension Qin Yi had created,
he got to his feet and took a long time to recover before finally seeing the gradually overlapping figures before him: a handsome man and an adorable little girl.
Qin Yi was not sure whether Hulk and Banner shared memories at this point. If they did, then the fellow in front of him should recognize his boss—Qin Yi.
Hulk shook his head and let out an irritated roar.
Little Morgan's face turned pale from fright.
Qin Yi patted his forehead and could not help thinking, Was this a little too early? If I stayed by Morgan's side all the time, she wouldn't need to face dangers like this.
On the other side, frightened little Morgan directly threw out dozens of black magic cards.
Qin Yi, who had been thinking, saw them.
Fuck.
He hurriedly cast several magical shields onto Hulk. If Hulk had not been beaten to death by Abomination but was instead blown to death by little Morgan, losing such an engineer would maximize the company's losses.
As dozens of magic cards sealed with forbidden spells were thrown out,
the sealed spells searched for the enemy in Morgan's heart and flew directly before the dumbfounded Hulk.
Before Hulk could make any reaction, terrifying magical explosions engulfed his body. Even the Mirror Dimension Qin Yi had created began to shake, as though it might shatter at any moment.
Qin Yi hurriedly reinforced the Mirror Dimension with several streams of energy.
After the explosive shockwaves dissipated,
Hulk lay silently on the ground without moving.
The little girl was still immersed in the excitement of the explosion. After hesitating for a moment, she walked up to Hulk and poked the unconscious giant with her little finger.
Qin Yi patted his forehead and helplessly cast several Healing Spells.
Covered in the pure white light of the Healing Spells, Hulk woke up not long afterward. He looked at the little girl beside him in terror, then hurriedly scrambled away from Morgan.
Half-sitting on the ground, Hulk panted weakly. Before long, he fell asleep and slowly turned back into a skinny human.
The little girl walked embarrassedly to Qin Yi's side and tugged on the corner of his clothes.
"Uncle, I'll be careful next time and won't throw so many."
Qin Yi helplessly tried to remember just how many he had put inside that bag... No, that magical space. Had he accidentally put all the forbidden spells he had sealed over the past few years into it?
Dr. Banner, lying on the ground, slowly woke up. When he clearly saw the person before him, he hurriedly stood up and said guiltily.
"Boss, why are you here? I didn't hurt you, did I?"
Qin Yi patted his forehead.
Dr. Banner's clothes were in disarray, and he wore nothing but a pair of large green briefs. Embarrassed, he crossed his arms over his chest.
"Boss, help me. Something has come up, and I need to leave the United States for a while."
Qin Yi nodded. Then he remembered that he had not paid attention earlier. This place did not seem to be in the United States. Where had Banner originally been hiding? Cuba or the Amazon Jungle?
Whatever. If he was exposed, then he was exposed.
With a wave of Qin Yi's hand, a spatial vortex appeared before Dr. Banner.
Looking at the stunned Dr. Banner, Qin Yi took an Ikong phone and a computer from his magical space and handed them to Banner.
"They're encrypted and avoid United States government surveillance. Their internet connection uses dedicated satellites. Call me if anything comes up.
"If there's work, I'll send it to you by email. You'll keep receiving your salary as usual. Come back and find me whenever you've figured things out."
Qin Yi added to the dazed Dr. Banner.
"If you walk into this vortex, you'll arrive in Cuba. The United States has relatively weak influence there."
After saying goodbye to Qin Yi, Dr. Banner walked in stiffly.
His mind was a mess. Was his boss really that powerful? Did he even need to hide anymore?
After Dr. Banner vanished with a ripple of spatial energy, Qin Yi's phone rang again. He did not even need to look to know who was calling.
I'm screwed. I was so busy taking Morgan out to play that I forgot it was dinner time.
He hurriedly held the equally conflicted little Morgan and stepped into the spatial vortex.
