Howard Estate

Tony looked at Ancient One expectantly.

After hearing that Qin Yi had gone to another universe, Tony begged Jean Grey to ask her master for help. Over the years, Jean had gotten along quite well with Howard and Maria.

Without hesitation, Jean hurried back to Kamar-Taj and explained the situation to Ancient One.

Ancient One sighed and still came to Howard Estate.

After examining them, Ancient One shook her head and said to Tony,

"Their life force is draining away too quickly. I don't have any especially good solution either. If you agree, I can wake them up for a while, but it won't last long."

After Tony nodded, magic flowed from Ancient One's hands, and Howard and Maria slowly opened their eyes.

Ancient One turned and left Howard Estate.

Over the years, having witnessed too many partings of life and death, Ancient One had grown more and more weary.

When little Morgan saw her grandfather and grandmother wake up, she rushed over at once.

Wiping away her tears, she pulled out a large number of white cards from her backpack and cast Healing Spell after Healing Spell on them.

When she saw that her grandfather and grandmother were not getting better, she broke down sobbing.

When he saw another sorrowful girl beside Qin Yi's senior sister, he asked,

"Miss, you're Little Qin's girlfriend, aren't you? You'll have to be more understanding with him in the future. He's been kind-hearted since he was young... You two should get along well from now on."

Wanda nodded quietly.

Maria looked Wanda over and smiled with great satisfaction.

Tony and Pepper stayed by the bedside with little Morgan, caring for the two elders.

Maria specifically had Pepper bring over a box from the room, then beckoned Wanda over.

Until little Morgan realized that her grandfather was no longer responding to her.

Tony fell to his knees before the bed in grief.

Maria turned to look at her husband, who had left with a smile on his face.

Weakly, she said to Pepper,

"Pepper, take good care of little Morgan."

Pepper wiped the tears from her face and nodded firmly.

"Mom, I will."

Tony walked to the bedside and desperately gripped his mother's hand.

Maria told him to take little Morgan to visit them in the future.

With tears filling his eyes, Tony held his mother's hand. His father's death had already left him at a loss, and his mother's words finally made him unable to hold back his tears any longer.

Little Morgan had cried until she fainted and was held in Pepper's arms.

Maria stroked Tony's face and glanced toward the door, waiting until she was sure that child still had not returned.

Seeing Tony's grief-stricken expression brought tears to her weakened eyes as well.

"Tony, take better care of your brother from now on."

Tony nodded through his tears.

They passed away peacefully.

Inside the room, the grieving people wept bitterly.

Bucky, who had rushed over from outside, silently walked into the courtyard and looked up at the sky.

Another familiar old friend from this universe had left as well.

In another shattered universe,

within the solar system that had already been completely devoured by the vortex, Qin Yi's body gradually merged with the terrifying vortex.

The ceaselessly spinning vortex, like a black hole, flew from the solar system toward the depths of the universe.

Howard Estate

Several days had passed since Howard and Maria's deaths.

Tony went through the funeral like a walking corpse and buried Howard and Maria in the backyard of the estate.

He looked at the familiar estate and remained silent for a long time.

Until the last glow of the setting sun faded.

Night fell.

Little Morgan and Pepper sat in their chairs. The little girl rested her head on her mother's shoulder, yet she still could not help crying.

The door opened, and Pietro placed the food on the table.
