Over the past two years, not only had the navy's fleet strength increased tremendously, but the number of active-duty naval soldiers had also reached over two million. Every one of them had undergone the strictest military training.
A great number of talented individuals had also been discovered through repeated live combat exercises. They were assigned to various command posts, where their abilities could be put to full use to strengthen the navy as a whole.
