If soldiers fought bravely on the front lines, shed blood in battle, and ultimately conquered vast swathes of territory, only for conflicts between the logistics department and the military to delay the transformation of those newly conquered lands, then enemies lurking in the shadows would have an opportunity to stir up rebellion.

Although such a minor rebellion would not constitute much of a crisis once the military suppressed it a second time, it would still weaken their control.

That would render the frontline soldiers' efforts futile, the outcome Art Student least wished to see. Now that both sides were living in harmony, many internal conflicts could be avoided.

Although Art Student was the leader of this force, he clearly understood that the territories conquered by the military still needed these people to govern them.

The military had conquered an enormous expanse of territory. It was impossible to manage all of it with robots; otherwise, this would no longer be a force built by humans. It would become a machine uprising.

Art Student had no desire to see a second Silent King faction emerge in the galaxy. Even those mechanical skeletons had selfish motives, let alone humans, creatures whose emotions were ever-changing.

As long as one was human, selfish desires were unavoidable. That was simply human nature.

Even Art Student himself had immense selfish desires, much less those beneath him. Still, as long as these people performed their duties conscientiously, Art Student was willing to let them handle things.

Only after Mendeleev and Hogood had finished speaking did Art Student continue, addressing Hogood:

"Even if we wanted to equip your logistics department with warships immediately, it simply cannot be done. Warships can only be built so quickly.

The warships constructed in the early stages must be allocated to the military first.
