After listening to Tina's explanation, Mo Tuo and Wood wore expressions of disbelief. They stared intently at the Flame Swords in their hands, their hearts filled with astonishment and doubt.
They had never imagined that these seemingly ordinary longswords were actually demi-artifacts, and that they possessed such terrifying power—the ability to utterly destroy demons!
Mo Tuo and Wood were not the only ones shocked. Even the technicians on the bridge looked at the Flame Swords in their hands with envy after hearing Tina's explanation. These were demi-artifacts! Who wouldn't want one?
Wood's eyes widened. Unable to believe what he had heard, he stammered as he asked Tina, "Inquisitor Tina, is that true? This sword can really kill demons completely?"
To Wood, the idea that a flaming longsword could utterly destroy demons was simply too difficult to accept. He could not help but harbor a trace of doubt about Tina's words, yet he also felt that voicing such skepticism seemed inappropriate.
Mo Tuo was equally astonished, but when he remembered that this weapon had been developed by the great Lord of the Stars, he asked no further questions.
After all, the Lord of the Stars' power was beyond question. Wood, however, was so shocked that he could not help raising the question.
When Tina heard Wood's slightly skeptical question, her expression immediately turned stern. She countered, "What, do you doubt the great Lord of the Stars' abilities?"
Tina's tone was exceptionally harsh, as though Wood's question were a form of blasphemy against the Lord of the Stars.
The technicians on the bridge, who had been envying Mo Tuo and Wood, immediately lowered their heads after hearing Tina's harsh words. They no longer dared to look at the expressions of the three of them.
Wood's face instantly turned pale at Tina's rebuke.
