"Xia'er, are you all right?"

The rescued Blood Angel was filled with concern. His gaze remained fixed on the Space Marine Xia'er's left arm—the portion below the elbow was gone.

"Do not lose focus in battle!"

Xia'er's face was so dark it seemed ready to drip water. His sharp, hawk-like eyes glared at the Space Marine he had just pulled back from death's door as he barked the reprimand.

His voice was low and powerful, carrying unquestionable authority that inspired instinctive awe.

Bang! Bang! As Xia'er shouted, he swiftly sheathed the Chainsword in his hand, then snatched up the Bolter hanging at his side and unhesitatingly resumed firing at the tide of battle robots surging in from afar.

Each pull of the trigger sent a blazing bolt screaming through the air, tracing deadly arcs before striking those grotesque mechanical enemies with unerring accuracy.

"Yes!"

The Blood Angel Space Marine Xia'er had saved suddenly came to his senses. He knew the situation was urgent and allowed no room for hesitation or distraction.

He immediately raised his Bolter and desperately fired at the distant battle robots. The powerful barrage formed a dense wall of fire that temporarily suppressed the enemy's advance.

"Xia'er, use a Meltabomb to blast through the wall. We cannot stay here and keep tangling with these damned mechanical skeletons, or more brothers will die for nothing!"

At that moment, the squad's Chaplain, Kazaen, shouted an order to Xia'er. As he directed the other members to hold their defenses, he kept a close watch on the shifting battlefield.

"Yes, Chaplain Kazaen!"

Xia'er loudly acknowledged the Chaplain's order. Upon receiving his instructions, he did not hesitate in the slightest and reached to his waist for a heavy Meltabomb.

The bomb was entirely black, its surface glimmering with a faint red light.
