On the mountaintop, Xiao Meng was fishing again. He was still using the red fishing rod; the system flatly refused to let him use the purple one, saying he wasn't qualified.

"Uh... a stone wall?" Xiao Meng stared at what his hook had caught, baffled. Beneath the earth of a ruined landscape, his hook had snagged a stone wall.

The wall was built from neatly cut stones, just like an ordinary brick wall.

Xiao Meng froze for a moment, then quickly reeled in his line. Once the wall emerged from the ground, it shrank considerably. He picked it up and examined it closely, eventually finding several ancient characters at its center: "Endless City!"

"Endless City? This thing counts as a city? Then what does that make the walls of my house?" Xiao Meng was speechless. The name sounded impressive, but the thing seemed utterly useless.

Still, he didn't believe it was useless, so he kept studying it. After a long while, he remained clueless. He tried True Essence and Divine Radiance, even dripped blood on it, but it showed no reaction whatsoever.

"Ding! This is one of the thirty-six greatest divine cities in the universe, ranked twenty-fourth. A peerless figure forged it from eighty-one kinds of immortal gold and eight hundred and ten thousand Eternal Heavenly Stars. It can extend infinitely, without end. The key to activating the city is the Endless Tree. Plant it on the city, and the city will begin to extend. It is severely damaged and has lost much of its power, but once the Endless Tree is planted, it can slowly recover."

Xiao Meng's heart pounded as he listened. He sucked in a sharp breath and stared, dumbfounded, at the stone wall in his arms.
