A middle-aged man seated at the head of the hall rose to greet him. "Elder Olin, you have finally arrived!"

Elder Olin chuckled. "Clan Head Mu personally invited me, so naturally Olin could not refuse. But I wonder, what matter does Clan Head Mu have to discuss with me?"

This middle-aged man was Mu Chen, the Mu Clan Head and an imperial general who held great authority within the empire!

Mu Zhan bared his pale teeth in a smile. "Elder Olin, didn't Ya Fei come with you?"
