Cheng Yu glanced at Zhu Jianxin and said, "Eat more. If you eat too little, you won't have the strength—you won't even be able to dance."
Ling Yi and Qing Chen looked at each other, then at Zhu Jianxin and Cheng Yu, unsure whom they should listen to.
Cheng Shao smiled. "You should listen to Cheng Yu."
Ling Yi and Qing Chen thought so too. Otherwise, if they could not keep up with Cheng Yu's pace during practice later, they would still get scolded.
Chen Simiao and Lin Sufen watched Cheng Yu interact with the others with smiling eyes, relieved to find that Cheng Yu seemed to be in a much better mood. It seemed young people really needed intense exercise to vent their pent-up frustration. From that perspective, signing this contract had not been a waste.
After dinner, Chen Simiao and Lin Sufen still had to return to the hospital for their IV drips. Cheng Tianguang volunteered to take the elderly couple back. Unable to refuse his kind offer, Chen Simiao and Lin Sufen had no choice but to agree. Qi Yan had a date that evening and had to leave first. Cheng Yu did not mind having two more spectators. He dragged Ling Yi and Qing Chen through practice until two in the morning. Only when all three were drenched in sweat, panting heavily, and so exhausted they could barely move their legs did they stagger back to the dorm.
After showering and lying down in bed, every muscle in his body felt sore. He was so tired he could not even close his eyes.
Cheng Shao rubbed Cheng Yu's arm with a pained
