Ur was hit three times: once on the breastplate, once on the greave, and once squarely on his helmet, drowning his senses in a burst of noise.

His last reward had been a set of light yet exceedingly sturdy armor. It had not been made by Orks, but was handcrafted ceremonial armor made by the Harpy Kingdom according to the typical build of Orks.

Though ceremonial armor, it was made from genuine steel rather than the iron commonly used by Orks. Its thickness and weight had been greatly reduced, providing protection without being so cumbersome.

There had been a hundred sets of this armor, sent to Guk as tribute, and Guk had awarded one of them to Ur.

As always, Hagrid surged up through the center of the battle line, every swing of his warhammer taking several soldiers' lives.

A corpse flew through the air, its body mangled beyond recognition, its limbs shattered by the warhammer's tremendous impact.

The enemy's firepower began to weaken, while more Orks charged forward. Their overlapping barrage tore apart the barricades, while the agents specialized in close combat broke through gaps in the enemy lines and began a bloody slaughter with blades and axes.

Only Kaoreish remained at the rear, picking off the black figures darting back and forth with his sniper rifle.

A gunshot struck one of them in the throat, and the immense impact sent him spinning through the air.

Kaoreish no longer felt anything about killing his own kind.

The other Kommandoz took position behind the remaining enemy barricades, using explosive rounds to provide covering fire for Ur and Hagrid.

Rather than charging straight in like Hagrid, Ur circled around a row of coffins and cut into the enemy formation from the flank.

He was not especially strong, yet he still slaughtered
