When she sat at her desk, she could at least minimize her energy expenditure. But during her imprisonment, she had only one meal a day, and it had been a very small one.
The higher they climbed, the louder the transport craft's roar became, and the more violently its hull shook. She even suspected that this metal thing was about to come apart.
