Duke glanced over the listings and saw many entries related to crystallized wizards: "<The Path to Crystallization: The Critical Point of Spiritual Power Compression>, <Stabilizing the Crystal Core: Meditation Adjustments for Entering the Crystallization Realm>, <Analysis of Common Bottlenecks for Crystallized Wizards, Volume One>, <From Liquefaction to Crystallization: A Detailed Explanation of Condensing a Crystal Core>—"
There was still plenty of knowledge concerning advancement to a crystallized wizard, but none of it came cheaply. The minimum price was fifty-six Arcanist Association points.
Duke's advancement to a crystallized wizard would be troublesome. It differed from that of any wizard before him.
He needed to use crystal cores of six different attributes to condense his crystal core, something no one had ever accomplished before.
Only because of the skill tree, which gave Duke six talents, did he have the conditions to reach this theoretical limit.
Even so, the actual difficulty remained immense. He needed to carefully study all kinds of past materials, then make preparations based on his own circumstances.
After redeeming the Azure Mist Core and roughly browsing the knowledge section, Duke withdrew his consciousness.
The starry sea before him quickly receded like a falling tide, and the guiding path of light beneath his feet dimmed and vanished. The enormous door engraved with complex runes appeared once more in the center of his vision.
"Exit," Duke muttered inwardly.
The door silently opened inward, and a gentle light shone through the gap.
Duke stepped through. The door behind him quietly closed the instant he left, sealing the magnificent sea of energy stars behind its heavy panels as though it had never existed.
Outside, Caroline was still waiting quietly. Seeing Duke emerge, she smiled. "Are you finished redeeming your items, Mr. Duke?"
Duke nodded. "Mm, we can go."
Caroline immediately led Duke away.
