Of Duke's three Level 2 Wizard Tools, Blazing Sun Judgment would probably see relatively frequent use in the future.

Blazing Sun Judgment could also serve as a Wizard Artifact similar to a staff or cane, assisting with spellcasting. It merely happened to take the form of a one-handed sword.
