The gentle spatial ripples faded, and Inquisitor Dracus, Aphriel, and the surviving Imperial soldiers found themselves in an immensely spacious hall filled with soft light and the cold metallic texture of steel.

Beneath their feet was a smooth silver-gray deck reflective enough to mirror their figures, utterly unlike the bloodshed, smoke, and apocalyptic sight of a planet collapsing outside.

Sanguinius's golden wings drew in slightly behind her, and her holy radiance dispelled the lingering fear and confusion in the warriors' hearts.

She looked at the still-shaken Inquisitor and her group, her voice gentle yet clear. "Inquisitor, loyal warriors. I am Sanguinius, child of the Emperor and Primarch of the Blood Angels Legion. This one"—she gestured toward Horus beside her, whose cold aura and dark gray eyes swept over the Imperial soldiers—"is the Wolf King, Primarch of the newly established Luna Wolves Legion."

"Tw... two Primarchs?!" Dracus's voice trembled with overwhelming shock. She looked at the flawless, otherworldly being before her, glowing with divine radiance, then recalled the power she had witnessed earlier—purging the Red Thirst and tearing through the Necron army. Her faith nearly burst forth from her heart! Yet her reason and duty as an Inquisitor forced her to suppress her excitement. "P-please forgive my presumption, my lord! Your identities... we must receive the highest level of confirmation from Terra or the Regent..."

Aphriel and the surviving Space Marines also dropped to one knee, their faces beneath their helmets filled with reverence and excitement, but also a trace of caution.

The return of Primarchs was a miracle for the Imperium, but it was also an earth-shattering matter. Without confirmation from the highest authorities, they dared not relax in the slightest.

Horus snorted coldly. His dark gray eyes glanced at the mortals, and he could not be bothered to explain.
