Chapter Summaries

After OAA restored the universe’s cosmic powers and arranged help to contain the Abyssal Corruption, Jack’s group crossed the Hilling Gate into the Imperium. They arrived at the Watch spaceport and prepared to transfer directly to Hilling Star.

• Pandora sent an Imperium task force and Inquisition judges to guard the Abyssal Gate while OAA restored the Living Tribunal and awakened Eternity, Infinity, Death, and Oblivion to help clean up the corruption.
• Jack asked to visit the Imperium, and Bubble confirmed the gate blockade was active and approved temporary access to its core star domain.
• Sandora gathered the unconscious, badly damaged Viska, and the group boarded an Imperium transport craft near Bulwark Star.
• The transport crossed the Hilling Gate and arrived at Watch, a heavily defended hub spaceport in the Hilling Star Domain.
• Bubble explained the Imperium’s security restrictions and opened access to Hilling Star, where a smaller, higher-authority gate awaited them.

The transport craft brought Sandora, One-Above-All, and the Neos squad to Hilling Star, where they witnessed the Hilling Empire’s advanced civilization and met Hua Wei, Gaia, and Pangu. Sandora asked the Imperium for support with her plan, and One-Above-All entered the palace eager to learn from this powerful empire.

• The transport craft arrived at Hilling Star, where Pandora explained to Neos that the planet’s high life levels came from its unique environment and generations of optimization, while the Ascension Plan remained incomplete.
• The party landed at the imperial capital’s air harbor, where Hua Wei, Gaia, and Pangu greeted them; the Neos squad saluted Hua Wei.
• One-Above-All sensed the immense power of Gaia and Pangu and found Hua Wei impossible to perceive, leaving him deeply shaken by the Imperium’s strength.
• Sandora told Hua Wei she had lost control of the Abyss and nearly been consumed, then asked for the Imperium’s assistance and information; Hua Wei made its resources available to her.
• One-Above-All respectfully greeted Hua Wei, Gaia, and Pangu, then followed them toward the palace to learn about the Hilling Empire.
